How fast will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 2pm for items held in stock are usually same day dispatch.
Orders for items fabricated on order (shotgun tips & exhausts) may take up to 3-5 days to be dispatched.
We use NZ Couriers with overnight delivery for most North Island addresses, and within 1-2 days for South Island addresses. Add 1-2 days for a rural address.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information, as well as email updates as your order makes its way to you.
If you have not received a tracking email, check your spam/junk folder or get in touch with us.
Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes, just select the pick up option at checkout and you will get an email when your order is ready to be picked up.
We are open Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm. If you cannot pick up your order during these hours, just get in touch with us and we can arrange a day and time that suits.
Do you ship outside of New Zealand?
For purchases through our website, shipping options are currently to New Zealand only.
If you need something shipped internationally, get in touch with us and we can provide you the shipping cost.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, get in touch with us as soon as possible to arrange this.

The item I want is not in stock.
Please get in touch with us if what you want isn't in stock as sometimes this can just be due to an error in our system.
There is no exhaust listed for my vehicle.
We are actively working on expanding our range of exhausts.
If you see your vehicle make category with no product listings, this usually means that we are currently working on getting these listed.
If you don't see your vehicle make or model in our exhaust categories, please get in touch with us. If you can travel to us, we can custom make one to fit your vehicle.
Is all your stock held in New Zealand?
Yes! All our stock is stored in our New Zealand based storage facility, you will not have to wait for anything to come from overseas.
Exhausts & exhaust tips
Do you make all the exhaust tips and bolt-on exhausts sold on your website?
Yes we do! Each of our exhaust tips and exhausts is fabricated right here in our Rotorua based workshop. We do not outsource any fabrication work and we take great pride in providing our customers with the highest quality products, made in NZ.
Can you make custom exhausts and shotgun tips?
Yes we can. We have extensive experience doing custom exhaust work on a wide range of vehicles. We can also customize our listed products to required specifications.

How hard is it to install one of your exhausts?
We design our exhausts to be easy to install, with welded on flanges that will bolt to your vehicle's factory exhaust. Gaskets and bolts are included with exhausts.
The exhaust hangers are designed to fit to your factory hangers, we do recommend lubricating them first to make them easier to slip into the rubber hangers.
How hard is it to install your exhaust tips?
Our exhaust tips are designed to be welded to your exhaust, so there is a bit of skill and work needed to install them. They can also be installed with slip joint clamps or V Bands.
We sell tacking bands which we recommend to easily hold the tips to the existing exhausts as they are welded.

Will my vehicle pass a WOF check if I install a bolt-on exhaust?
Our products are designed and fabricated with NZ LVV regulations in mind, but we cannot guarantee that your vehicle will not fail a WOF.
This is due to the ever changing LVV rules and regulations. Our bolt on exhausts are designed to be interchangeable with the factory system for this reason.
Will your exhausts fit on my vehicle if it is not factory/stock?
Our bolt-on exhausts are made to fit factory/stock vehicles only. If your car has had modifications that may affect the fit of a bolt-on exhaust, we recommend you get in touch with us first to have a custom bolt-on exhaust fabricated.
I purchased a bolt-on exhaust and it doesn't fit my vehicle.
We're sorry you're having issues bolting on your new exhaust. Please double check that the exhaust you purchased is the correct one for your vehicle's make and model. Please also make sure that your vehicle is factory/stock.
If you have purchased the correct exhaust and it does not fit your factory vehicle, get in touch with us and we will rectify the issue.

Do you offer in-person assessment of vehicles?
Yes we do, this is usually the best way for us to advise you on what work will be involved for your build. Seeing your vehicle in person also helps us provide a highly accurate quote.
We can arrange a time to come in for an assessment or just stop in and see us Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. We will be able to provide you with a comprehensive free quote within a few days.
