Ace Fabrication ships orders throughout New Zealand and Australia.

 

New Zealand

Ace Fab products are generally dispatched within 5–8 business days.

Products that are made to order or require supplier ordering may have a longer lead time, which will be stated on the product page or confirmed when ordering.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

North Island: 1–2 business days

South Island: 2–4 business days

Rural: Allow additional time

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, peak periods or other circumstances outside our control.

 

Australia

We ship selected products to Australia. Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated at checkout.

Australian delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping service and customs clearance.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Australian orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, GST or other charges. Where applicable, these costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

 

Damaged or Missing Orders

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, is missing items or appears to have been lost in transit. Include your order number and photographs where applicable.

Australian customers retain their applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and New Zealand customers retain their applicable rights under New Zealand consumer law.
